Legal

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Davidkaggwa website and the booking of assessments, floor sessions and memberships at the centre in Kallang. They apply from 2026 and should be read with the privacy notice and the cookie notice.

Last updated: 2026. Using the site or confirming a booking means you accept these terms.

The centre

Who these terms cover

Davidkaggwa is a fitness centre at 2 Kallang Avenue, #05-11, CT Hub, Singapore 339407. Enquiries reach the centre at hello@davidkaggwa.com and +65 6291 7548. Floor hours are Monday to Friday 06:00–22:00, Saturday 07:00–19:00 and Sunday 08:00–17:00.

These terms apply to visitors of davidkaggwa.com, people who send an enquiry, and members who book assessments, private sessions, small-group sessions or corporate blocks. Coaching on the floor is general fitness coaching. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

The website describes programmes, the floor, the measurement cycle, the weekly timetable and published rates. It is not an offer that binds the centre until a slot is confirmed in writing by email or during a call in floor hours.

Website

Using davidkaggwa.com

You may browse the public pages, submit the enquiry form and follow the published links to programmes, facility notes, method, schedule, pricing and contact. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that overloads the host, or submit automated or misleading form traffic.

Text, layout, photographs and marks on the site belong to Davidkaggwa or are used under licence. You may quote short extracts for personal reference. Reproduction of programme sheets, assessment templates or rate tables for commercial use requires written permission from the centre.

The site is hosted in Singapore. Availability is not guaranteed around the clock. Planned maintenance and hosting interruptions can take pages offline without prior notice. Information on programmes, caps, equipment and rates can change; the version confirmed at booking is the one that applies to that booking.

Booking

Assessments, sessions and membership

Every membership starts with a baseline assessment. The assessment can be booked without a membership. A request through the contact form or by telephone is an enquiry until the centre confirms a date and time. Confirmation is sent within one working day during floor hours where a slot exists.

Membership is month to month. There is no joining fee and no lock-in period. Fees are charged in Singapore dollars as listed on the pricing page at the time of confirmation. Off-peak hours, coaching packs and corporate blocks follow the same confirmation process. A corporate block is booked as a set of twelve sessions for a named team of six to twelve people.

Session logs, written plans and review sheets are produced for the named member. They are not a clinical record. If a member arrives with a physiotherapy clearance letter, the centre follows that letter for loading and range; the centre does not make clinical decisions and does not issue diagnoses.

Small-group sessions run to the published cap. If a session is full, the centre will offer the next open slot rather than exceed the cap. Combining programmes is allowed provided the written plan does not require more than five compulsory sessions in a week.

Changes

Cancellations and late arrival

Cancel or move a booked assessment or coached session at least twelve hours before the start time by email or telephone. Notice inside that window, or a missed session without notice, counts as used for packs and corporate blocks. Month-to-month membership is not charged an extra fee for a missed floor session; the session is simply not logged as completed.

Arrive in time for the booked start. If you are more than ten minutes late for a timed session, the remaining time may be shortened so the next booking can start on schedule. The centre may refuse a session when a member presents in a condition that makes training unsafe, including acute injury that has not been cleared. In that case the session is stopped and the member is directed to a doctor or physiotherapist of their own choosing.

Membership can be ended at the close of the paid month by written notice to hello@davidkaggwa.com. Unused sessions in a purchased pack remain available until the pack expiry stated at purchase. The centre may end access where published floor rules are repeatedly ignored after a written warning.

Floor

Conduct at the centre

Access is limited to confirmed members, booked assessment clients, and guests attending a confirmed walkthrough. Day lockers are for the duration of a visit. Equipment is re-racked after use. Chalk is limited to the platform area. Telephone calls are taken outside the platform floor.

Peak-hour limits on ergs and the sled lane are posted on the conditioning deck and apply to all members. Photography of other members requires their consent. Children are not admitted to the training floor except where a corporate or private booking has been arranged in writing for a defined group and time.

The centre may close a zone for maintenance or for a booked corporate block. Where a zone is closed, an alternative slot or an adjusted session is offered where capacity allows.

Risk

Training, health and liability

Resistance training, conditioning and mobility work carry a risk of injury. Members train at their own risk after the baseline assessment. You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, recent injuries and any restriction given by your own clinician before a plan is written and before each block review.

Guidance at Davidkaggwa is general fitness coaching. It does not replace medical advice. The centre does not prescribe nutrition, sell supplements, or diagnose injury. If pain or suspected injury appears during a session, the session is stopped.

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Davidkaggwa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from missed personal targets. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Personal belongings are left in lockers at the member’s risk.

Data and law

Records, changes and governing law

Enquiry data, membership records, session logs and review sheets are handled as described in the privacy notice. Records are kept for the duration of membership and deleted on request, subject to any retention the centre must observe for accounting. Cookies and local storage are described in the cookie notice.

The centre may update these terms. The current version is the one published at this URL. Material changes to booking rules or cancellation windows are also noted on the schedule page. Continued use of the site or a later booking after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from bookings at the centre. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@davidkaggwa.com or raised at the centre during floor hours.
