Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Davidkaggwa collects when you enquire, book an assessment or hold a membership, how that data is used on the coaching floor, and how you can ask for a copy or for deletion. It applies to the website at davidkaggwa.com and to records kept at the centre at 2 Kallang Avenue, #05-11, CT Hub, Singapore 339407.
This notice is current for 2026. Training guidance at Davidkaggwa is general fitness coaching and does not replace medical advice.
Controller
Who holds the data
Davidkaggwa is the organisation that decides why and how enquiry and membership data are processed. The centre occupies a single floor at CT Hub. Enquiries sent through the website form are received at hello@davidkaggwa.com. Telephone enquiries are taken on +65 6291 7548 during floor hours.
Site hosted in Singapore. Records used for coaching — baseline sheets, six-week plans, session logs and review sheets — are stored for the duration of the membership and are handled by coaching staff on the floor and in the assessment room. We do not publish a company registration number on this site.
If you write about privacy, address the message to hello@davidkaggwa.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and include the name and email used on the membership or enquiry so the file can be found.
Collection
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the preferred contact window, and the message text. The form also records the page you sent it from and a timestamp so we can confirm the slot within one working day. We do not ask for payment card details through the website.
When you book a baseline assessment and start a membership we add the nine measures taken in the assessment room: height and weight; resting heart rate; blood pressure; movement screen across six positions; grip strength; loaded carry distance; five-repetition estimates on squat, press and hinge; 500 m row time; and ankle, hip and shoulder range. Those figures sit on the baseline sheet that is emailed to you the same day.
During membership we log working sets (load × repetitions), rest, RPE, missed sessions and the reason, and any change a coach makes to the written plan. Floor hours, booking records and attendance against the weekly schedule are kept so the six-week review can be written from the same numbers you trained against. Corporate block bookings include a team contact name, a headcount between 6 and 12, and the chosen weekday morning or 18:30 slots.
We do not collect clinical diagnoses. If you supply a physiotherapist’s clearance letter for a return-to-training progression, we keep a copy only to follow the restrictions stated in that letter. The centre does not make clinical decisions and does not store medical imaging or prescription lists.
Use
Why the data is held
Enquiry data is used to confirm an assessment slot, answer a question about programmes, facility access, schedule or rates, and to send the written plan within two working days of the baseline. We do not use enquiry addresses for bulk marketing lists.
Assessment and session data are used to write the six-week plan, to log work on the floor, to produce the review sheet (what was completed, what changed in the measures, what changes in the next block) and to produce the one-page quarterly summary. Starting loads are taken from the five-repetition estimates. Heart-rate zones for conditioning are set from the baseline. Screening notes limit exercise selection; they are not used for any other purpose.
Membership billing uses the name, contact details and the chosen rate (full membership, off-peak membership, coaching pack or corporate block). Prices are in Singapore dollars. We keep enough of the payment record to issue a receipt and to show which month a membership covers. We do not sell membership data, session logs or assessment sheets to third parties, and coaching recommendations are not tied to product commissions.
Retention
How long records stay
Enquiry messages that do not become a membership are kept for 12 months so we can resume a booking conversation if you write again, then deleted. If you ask us to delete an enquiry earlier, we do so within ten working days unless we must keep a short note of the request itself.
Membership files — baseline sheet, plans, session logs, review sheets and quarterly summaries — are kept for the duration of the membership. When a membership ends we retain the file for 24 months in case you return and want the previous block compared, then delete it. You may request deletion at any time during or after membership; we then remove the coaching file and confirm by email.
Booking logs needed to run the weekly schedule (name, session time, programme) are kept for the current block plus the previous block so a review can be written from attendance as well as from loads. After that they are removed from the live diary. Payment receipts needed for your own records can be reissued on request while the membership file still exists.
Access
Copies, correction and deletion
You already receive the baseline sheet on the day of assessment, the six-week plan within two working days, the review sheet before the next block, and a one-page summary each quarter. Session logs are available on request during membership. If a figure on a sheet is wrong, write to hello@davidkaggwa.com and we correct the file and resend the sheet.
You may ask for a full copy of the membership file, for a restriction on how it is used, or for deletion. We respond within ten working days. Deletion of a live membership file means we can no longer coach against the written plan or produce the next review; we will say so before we delete so you can choose to end the membership first.
If a session is stopped because of a suspected injury, the log records that the session ended and that you were directed to a doctor or physiotherapist of your own choosing. We do not keep a clinical file. Any clearance letter you later provide is stored only while the return-to-training progression is running, then removed with the rest of the file on the same timetable as above.
Sharing
Who else sees the file
Coaching staff on the floor and in the assessment room see the plan and the session log so they can record working sets and apply the progression steps. Front-of-house staff see booking names, times and the programme so the diary and the cap on each session can be run. They do not see the nine baseline measures unless they are also coaching that session.
Email to members is sent from hello@davidkaggwa.com. The website form is processed by send.php on the same host. Hosting is in Singapore. We do not pass assessment numbers, session logs or membership lists to advertisers, supplement vendors or other gyms.
We may disclose a record if Singapore law requires it, or if you ask us in writing to send a copy of a clearance-related note to a clinician you name. Corporate block contacts see only the attendance list for their own block, not individual baseline sheets of colleagues unless those colleagues agree.

Cookies and this website
The public pages use a small set of cookies and local storage keys so the cookie bar can remember a choice and so the filter chips on programmes and facility pages can keep a category selected during the visit. They are described on the Cookie Notice. Turning cookies off does not hide page content; filters simply show every tile.
