Map

CT Hub, Kallang Avenue

The pin marks CT Hub at 2 Kallang Avenue. The centre is unit #05-11. If the lift lobby directories still list previous tenants, follow signs for level 5 and the unit number on the door.

Assessments run in the enclosed assessment room, not on the open floor. If you are visiting only to look at the layout, say so on the form and we will book a walkthrough outside peak class times.

Before you visit

What to bring to an assessment

Wear training shoes and clothing you can squat, hinge and row in. Bring a photo identification document if you intend to open a membership on the same day. If a physiotherapist or physician has issued a clearance letter, bring a copy; the centre follows that letter and does not make clinical decisions.

The assessment lasts 60 minutes and covers nine measures. You leave with a baseline sheet the same day. A written six-week plan follows within two working days if you take up membership. Rates for the assessment and for membership are listed on the pricing page. Session times and booking rules are on the schedule page.
